Item must not have been installed, cut or modified in any way. Item must be in original condition.
Contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item being returned for approval.
Indicate the name and address the order was placed under and the reason the part needs to be returned.
Once a return is approved with a Return Authorization Form, the item may be returned.
All returns must be received within 30 days of approval.
The Customer is responsible for all return postage or shipping fees, as well as any shipping damage.
When returning the package:
Package the return items in original shipping package, if possible.
Include all subcomponents, original Packaging Slip and Return Authorization Form.
Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 7 business days.
A 15% restocking fee applies.
Any Shipping damage when being returned is responsibility of the customer.
If needed, Customer Service will contact the customer for additional follow up.
Shipping information
All orders will arrive within 5 to 10 business days of the order being placed.
Parts are shipped through via UPS, FEDEX, USPS or other common carriers.
If the item arrives damaged contact us within 5 business days. Customer Service will work with the shipper and have a new part shipped to you. Please include the name the order was shipped under.
